The rubber seal around my Estate's aerial is looking very tired :(

Has anyone bought a replacement & can recommend one :)

Aerial base is exactly the same as late model (`07>) Corsa and late Astras I believe

Not ava from GM as a seperate item, although it was mentionedonce that VW did list the seal but never got round to confirm it

i need one for the shed (estste) with the sat-nav/phone one. huge great carbunkle thingee.
     
 ive got an old wilson 1000 CB twig that looks better or a 9ft  1/4 wave whip :)

Take the seal off and clean it up, place in a bucket of hot water to soften it up, dry and refit then fill the crackes with a smear of black RTV sealant

Worked for me

Have you not thought to help the neighborhood by swapping your one with one on a pos Corsa  ::) ::)
