Fortunately though as the judge said, they have waived these rights by signing up to these agreements. You can't have your cake and eat it, unless you're a socialist of course.

"Vulture funds" makes you laugh. Pay the bloody money and it wouldn't happen. Imbecile. Shy do people/organisations etc borrow money then whinge when it's got to be paid back or at the consequences of not paying it back? You cannot have the world for a quid, unless you're a socialist of course.
