Just to let anyone know that decides to buy this rear window spoiler. http://www.nicedeals.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=9050 (http://www.nicedeals.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=9050) It does not fit the preface lift model. :'( just got one today and it doesn't fit but I've grinded it down and got out the fibre glass kit!

Does say 99 onwards, that indicates facelift  :)

Where did it not fit? Thought the rear windows were the same  :-\

the spoiler was too long for the window so that means the window on the face lift models are wider and there is a radius at the top of the window where the window meets the roof on my model (preface lift) where the spoiler was just straight across  :(

tunnie i did see that but i thought there wouldn't be that much in the difference and some one told me they were the same oh well :)

Pish, the body shells (and therefore the glass) are the same pre and post facelift ::) for the money, I'd have expected alot of reworking :y

I am with you there, I did not think there would be any difference. Sure the glass and rear body shell is the same.  :-\

But as they do indicate a year, must be some diffenence  :-\

Probably the same generic part for several cars :y for £51 I very much doubt that they even measured the original mould ::)

Good point al. Bit unfair really to advertise it in this way, although it does indicate a MY  :-\

I got a front spoiler from another Polish company and when it came, it looked like they had got an original Irmy part, made a mould from it and started making parts.
It's not perfect but it even still has all the Irmy markings on it! Lol....

Rear saloon screen will fit all saloons as the body shell never changed only bumpers and trim and various bolt on panels between prefacelift and facelift so it appears the manufacturers have just done a bodge job
