Yes indeed folks we all need our brains from regulating our breathing and blood pressure to using whilst doing mundane everyday tasks... Like going to work and parking all day long in the parent child bays whilst working.... What planet do people come from and belive you can do such things and then go "Oh I am sorry, I am foreign and do not understand your silly British laws! "
You have a brain Madame or I at least a brain cell... Try using that next time... ::)

Administering sharp downward pressure on door mirror and repeat each time they are replaced whenever inconsiderate parking reoccurs combined with no downward pressure on door mirrors when not parked inconsiderately and even the most ignorant drivers eventually get the message.  :y
