Title: wet door card

hi all can someone tell me if rain water is suppose to get though the door seal i know there are drain holes at the bottom of the door but its blown the speaker and got the carpet soaked right along the bottom. is the membrane suppose to keep the water out. the membrane is not sealed as it should be but do i need a new rubber trim any help would be grateful. cheers Darren
