The sentence should have been something like this...

" Madalena Kitoko you will be taken hence to the prison in which you were last confined and from there to a place of aviation transportation where you will be removed from The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland forthwith to your country of origin and may the Lord have mercy upon your soul"

its flaming disgusting

Phil was in college early in 2002 to 2003, and he applied for a student loan. which we got,, he told the social god knows how many times about t, and showed them all the paperwork... but they still said with 4 kids we were entitled to income support etc

He left college summer of 2003.. so he could go back to being a driver, so he could get a job here in wales, so we could move here

in 2008 out of the blue, we got a letter from DWP saying we had been overpaid, and we had a debt of over £8,000, we said no way... but they argued and it ended up us having to pay it back.... ok not a lot a month, but we are still paying it..... as well as paying back the student loan.... so this case has really made my blood boil

This is why the illegals come straight through Europe to the good old limp wristed UK, I am so sick of the way that we suck up to the low life scum that turns up on our door step expecting a handout. Totally and utterly sick of the spineless limp dicked pervo judges and politicians who allow people to slip of the hook and stick two fingers up to the rest of us! I'd like to say more but I'm off to blag a post office.....well if crime pays I might as well get my share...after all, what can happen to me?  >:( >:( >:( >:(

This is just another instance where this government keeps its head up its arse and fails to do the will of the people. The people who politicians are suposed to represent want a Referendum on Europe,  the stopping of Foreign Aid and a curb in Immigration, they do now't. >:( >:( >:(

It it just me or as anyone else noticed a vast increase in the number of Africans coming into this country  :( :(

This is a case that should be referred back for increase of sentence to the 'guidelines'.
I particularly liked the idiot of a judges comment, about 'the welfare of the children' as such. I bet a bottom dollar if your wives committed a jailable offence, she would be straight in....stuff the children  >:( >:( >:( >:(

Yuup! especially if your a little old lady who can't afford to pay her council tax, let alone pay the rip off charges for gas/electricity etc >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( and to Tony's comment about the increase in arrivals from the African continent,it's my opinion that we seem to have an open door policy to the rest of the world despite the reasurances from the bunch of nobs who run our so called immigration service. Take a look at the good ol' USA and see what the so called melting pot of cultures have done there.....for the good of the country?? I don't think so! The place is full of sickos, and you can see the beginnings here by way of a total lack of respect for us, our culture, laws and religion etc  The british as a nation have got to pull their heads out of their anal cavities and say no more immigration unless there are jobs available for specific skills and it cannot be filled by a British subject, and for me this would extend to Europe as we already have  enough broom pushers, car washers bus drivers etc etc already here...guess that's one of the reasons why we have so many of our own that are unemployed/drawing benefits ::) Christ Tony you've got me ranting

It amazes me how people get away with this for so long. I'm currently off work on sick from a car accident, if I could be at work I would be because I've worked all my life and its cracking me up not working. At the minute I'm really having to fight my case because as far as they are concerned I am perfectly fit for work and therefore should not be getting benefits. Doesn't matter that I spent half of last week in hospital and am having to see a neurosurgeon next week!!!!!

Become an MP , thats how you can legally steal and get away with it  :(

Imo this country has been soft for too long and its too late to do anything as the foreigners are all in the jobs that make the decision about who gets what , thats why you dont get what your entitled to and the foreigners do  :(

I promise not rant but.. EMD is right,I have been out of work for the last year as I've had to have a couple of eye operations to try and get my PCV licence back, and in  that time I have not received one penny in benefits and yet I have paid into the system for the last 48 years and never made a claim. Now just when I could have done with a little help I was told  that in no uncertain terms by a lady who's command of the English language was 'questionable' that basically I could go forth and multiply.....bottom line! So in a way it's made me think a little more about the way we do things in this country and as this week I've been confined to barracks after the eye surgery I've had a very large injection of the Jeremy Kyle show and it worries me about the way standards in society are nose diving when you see people that are on benefits that have NEVER paid a penny into the system and yet they get enough money to buy drugs and get drunk and bring kids into a world where they will be shown how to manipulate the system, pissed off..you bet I am! >:( >:( >:(

I can tell you a tale that happened 9 years ago. And don't tell me its not true because it is!!!!!
My daughter and her partner were living in a one bedroom flat. Due to prescribed medication affecting the 'pill' my daughter became pregnant. At that time Nortel decided to reduce staff, and ironically, my daughter and her immediate boss (both pregnant) were made redundant.
Far from sitting on her arris, my daughter tried to get a job, although being heavily pregnant.
After the baby was born, she went to the council many times for a larger place. After a few despairing trips, she came home here crying....having been told by the interviewer, and I quote...'Don't tell anyone I told you this, but you are the wrong colour'
She could be housed, if they were prepared for her partner to live in a Hostel >:(

Gonna leave it there as, like Ken (nitro) I shall really go off on one >:( :y

You know as well as me Tony there is no level playing field for the likes of us,again this is a true story based on a hypothetical incident that was described by my daughter who was with the Met police at Hounslow. It concerned two missing children, one Asian and the other white British, they were told that if an incident like this were to happen then priority was to be given to finding the the Asian child by applying a larger proportion of available resources to achieve a faster outcome..not what I would want to hear if one of my kids had gone missing.

I don't think that it's about racism,I think it's more about fair play for all and it's so in your face that this is not happening, makes you wonder why the people that run the country allow this situation to exist, got to say it's winding me up bigtime >:( >:(
