This could be one from a fleet of these that where operating a taxis in Brighton until, I believe (PLEASE somebody correct me if I am wrong!) , the council refused to renew their licence as they were considered unsafe :o :o!

Aye, sorry mate, I didn't see it, looks fun mind you, could it be an alternative to our Miggies, as the Government would like ????.
