Title: Corsa clocks failure.
Post by: Field Marshal Dr. Opti on 07 November 2012, 16:35:48
Whilst driving Mrs Opti's 2003 Corsa the instruments stopped working. The speedo, rev counter, temperature and petrol gauges all went tit's up. Their needles falling to zero.

I stopped the car, then restarted the engine, and everything was fine again.

Any ideas, chaps?

Fuse or poor connection perhaps?

The car ran perfectly at all times. No warning lights.:y

Sounds like possibly one of the multiplug connectors is not properly seated ???

Hmm... Symptoms also match lack of power (alternator/wiring) :-\

No lack of power LD......and instrument lights work as normal. I hope that's a good sign. :)
