Been over 2 months almost 3 months and i've heard nothing from RM :-\ .... It was a UK delivery with tracking number as well not like it was a standard delivery >:(
(value was only around £20 but the principle of it taking this long is disgusting)
Oh and actually trying to get someone at Royal Mail to talk to other than a machine is almost impossible :(
Any Ideas What I Could Do ?

When calling them don't press anything on the automated system and it will transfer you to a real person :y

Had this a few weeks back as well , the phone system is a nightmare . I paid extra for a tracking next day delivery and it eventually turned up a day late ???

Personally I would now write a business / professional worded letter to the Royal Mail Sorting Office Manager, whose name you should seek, explaining all the facts to date with dates, and times if possible. Lay down your legal claim to seek either the goods or compensation within two weeks of the date of your letter. Send the letter recorded delivery to the Manager personally.
If you do not receive your dues within the specified time, send another letter informing them of their failure to respond and notifying them you intend to raise a case with The Small Claims Court, to included compensation and costs (£100?) if they still do not respond after seven days of the date of that letter. After that you submit your claim, with costs including compensation for loss of goods, distress, phone calls, and administration to the said court.
I will be surprised if they don't respond! ;)
