Title: FS 2001 3.2 Elite Saloon Auto
Post by: blackviper90210 on 24 November 2012, 15:07:16
As per title, my mig is looking for a new home  :(

She has 223k on the clock but still goes like she has less than half that mileage.
Dark blue metallic.
Tinted rear windows.
Powerflow stainless steel exhaust, cat back. Bought from fellow member James (Twiglet)
Lowered Bilstein shocks & irmscher springs (I believe fitted by sp-41)??
Although it is an Elite I have changed the seats to cloth mv6 as I find them more comfortable, personal preference.
Irmscher front bumper.

Has had a recent oil & coolant change. Resolved an oil leak (Sump bolt leaking) and coolant leak, water pump leaking. New pump & seals fitted... No more leaks :)
No known issues with the engine or gearbox, any inspection welcome to confirm.

Bad bits:

Rust blister on rear drivers door by the wheel arch at the bottom.
MOT runs out next month
Currently SORN

Looking for £450

Hello mate,

Nah, had a change of scenery. Was offered a good deal on a Vectra C.

Only problem is, it only has 2/3rds of an engine in comparison, lol  ;D ;D ;D ;D

How's you and the family, all well I hope! :)

I tried to buy this car for breaking before you bought it,but unfortunately Im not really in a position to buy it at the moment, not a good time of year really. If things change before you find a buyer I might be in touch, although getting it home while on SORN would be a bit of a problem. :y

You can't tax it online unless you've got the letter from the DVLA

it aint usually mr policeman you need to worry about.....     i've seen DVLA sponsored ANPR vans on a regular basis on the A40 into london,  for example....  they don't make judgement calls,  they just send fines to registered owners....

Yeah, they often sit at the end of the elevated section of the M4 too.

If you stick to back lanes though, might be ok  :)
