recently have changed every bulb as advised after having a check message appeared. i still have it. today i removed both h/lights & found the h1 bulb thats supposed to light up (n/s) when the switch is in the first position is not working. i tried three new bulbs ,no joy. iv,e checked all fuses & all seem ok. i think im getting power at the single white wire that attatches to the bulb but are not too sure as tester needed battery. any ideas pls

5W side lamp is in the same reflector as the main beam, the 'second cover' contains the dipped beam (not main beam :-\) First position on the switch will only switch the 5W sidelights on

knowing very little about electrics , are wondering if the problem lies with the stalk, cos when indicating right whilst on dippedbeam the full beam goes on . lefts ok

Classic symptoms of a failed/failing stalk ;)
