Title: Total Euro fiscal union by 2014
Post by: Rods2 on 05 December 2012, 18:54:42
Van Rumpuy has launched a paper today with a timescale, so all fiscal union, with pooled debts and EU setting and approving a countries provinces budget by 2014. In his words. "The Euro project will then be complete".

I wonder if the northern Euro countries will see it like this with debt pooling meaning they have to bailout and prop up the failed southern Euro countries provinces.

When the EU order more austerity in Greece and Spain and there is an uprising, will they be the first to feel the Jackboot of the new Euro Army?  ::) :o :o :o

Can't see it happening by 2014, 2024 maybe but even then I can't see the likes of the Dutch, Finns and Swedes going for it.  :-\

Financial "experts" have been saying for some time that the weakness of the Euro is the fact there is no Federal Fiscal Union.

Apparently, and I can see why, it is the only way the Euro can work and survive.

Let's just stay well clear of the Euro as a currency I say  ;)

Europe is sleepwalking into what Rods2 quite rightly calls an undemocratic Communist state.

I still stand by my assertion that if the Euro survives that Britrain will adopt the euro within five years. The Euro needs Britain (and its bank revenues) and the politicians will decide Britain needs Europe. Osborne did and said nothing today to change my mind.

Fascism and communism are hard to separate, Cem. The political spectrum is not linear, but circular. Go far enough to the Left/Right and you'll meet up with the Right/Left.  ;)

Mao is ok.. Stalin not.. he is a bloody dictator..and I dont understand why you choose Stalin specifically..there are many other leaders  :D   besides I'm not talking about particular persons.. talking about systems.. just check how many homeless - starving people live in capitalist countries..  the reality is not what media show.. ;)
