That her windscreen is iced up on the inside, so too much dampness in the car, are we thinking pollen filter / scuttle drain? as a first port of call...... :)

Worth checking that the recirculation flap is working and not stuck on recirc, too.
Also, look in the rear cubby hole where the air vents are, and make sure they are not blocked.

Is that the thing that makes a vacuum sound when pressed , just presuming if it dont make that psheurrr noise its broke :-\

Yes, but worth a peer up into the driver's footwell or pollen filter housing to ensure the flap is moving. :y
