:( Anybody else having trouble sleeping?
Decided to leave he missus upstairs snoring away and try to make my self heavy eyed by sitting on the inter webby thing for a while..
Nothing gone wrong wih the miggy to bore people with, Oooo, wish it would in away to try and use sme of this energy that i have somehow found. ???

Head buzzing with things. No sense in just lying there so I get up forr a while then go back.

Slept like a log, dogs have been out, chicken coop opened, taken a cup of tea up to SWMBO. Having a nice glass of fresh orange juice before I take the dogs on their walk, and by the time I get back SWMBO wil have gone to work. :y :y

turn the TV to low 900s on sky and try a male sleeping pill.
failing that if I cant sleep, I get myself cold, when you get back into a warm bed you nod off straight away.

I can't remember the last time I slept for longer that about 3 hours without waking up :'( Last night was no exception... I slept for just under 2 hours and then napped for 30 mins at a time. Been like that for the last 10 days or so :o
Hopefully by this time next year I'll finally have my back fixed :'(

Taking a piss three or four times each night is expected at your age. :)

Mind you, I think I was beginning to use the painkillers as a sleeping pill, and that got a bit too easy. So its coming off them that has probably bollaxed me up.

Aye, but because I don't pop pills on a whim, half an aspirin knocks me out for 2 or 3 hours ;D

I didn't really take them until I had the problem... Doesn't knock me out at all though and never really did :'(

Seems i cant win , i take them for the pain then they knock me out so sleeping in the afternoon for an hour or 2 , sleep when you need to sleep i say ... mite be a bit inconvenient sometimes ;D

what surprises me here that many members think that liver is an infinite source to abuse.. but sadly you will be surprised to see thats not the case.. and when the day comes no matter what you spend you cant take it back..
and a new one, not that cheap and immune system inhibitors will kill you long before your body accept it!!

Someone said snoring is bad for you .
It is if someone else is snoring and you want to throw them out the room for keeping you awake ::) :'(

Waking up duing the night for an hour or two is apparently perfectly natural as part of humans being designed to have two sleeps a day. In Victorian times this was accepted with people often getting and spending an hour or two doing things before going back to bed.
Since I have know this out I find I no longer get annoyed that I can't sleep and this helps me get back to sleep much quicker. :y :y :y :y

Yet again I find myself awake after about 80 mins sleep due to pain and discomfort :'( Normal routine for me now after it being the same (on and off) for the past 2 years and instantly again for the last 8 weeks >:( ::)

I too have major problems sleeping mostly due to a lot of pain, even sleeping pills dont help much,
and while some painkillers can help me sleep for a while, its not a decent deep sleep, and I wake with a terrible headache
I've gotten so used to sleeping no more than 90 mins to 2 hours max,then laying awake for ages before starting the whole cycle again

I had a brilliant night's kip last night - about an hour to drop off, then dead until 7:30am :D
Probably related to the fact I'm back on the NSAIDs :(

I'm really sorry guys if offended somebody just wrote my daily routine which seems works...half an hour running minimum five times per week. Not wild running just slowly as I wrote before. If you can't then 30 min fast walk also could help the most important to reach and hold the easy sweat status for some minutes! :) Good night ! :)

cant even walk for 5 mins never mind 30 mins , so no chance for me mate :y :y

I managed a walk around costco, and halfway around tesco before the pain was too much.

They supply those electric trollies at asda , ive never used them but would be an option if i had to go in . Although trying to steer through the crowds could get annoying :-\
