Title: My car at NEC next year?

Today got home and my Rover club mag was here-And in front page was an article by club Editor asking for my car-again for show at NEC .  E-mailed that am shoving 383ci chev in it=would they still want it=She replied bit later yes,but dont polish the car I like the matt finish?? ::)  Only time it shines is in the rain ;D ;D Pity us lot couldnt get a stand at NEC eh :y

Buick not Rover-slightly bigger block.  But better than four pot that was there :y

Oh , i thought it was original V8 3.5 you took out of it  ;D
I still look at the P6 and most in my budget range would be full of rust  :'( One day i would like to own one  :)

 I was given a P6 2200TC years ago for banger racing. It only had the plastic removed from the drivers seat and door card. To good to race, so I sold it and it was restored as it was only the rear wings that were bad on it. Brown with a white fabric interior

The ones i have seen have looked really rotten , ie floor pans/sills and some with chassis rot . Nothing that cant be fixed but too much for me to take on nowadays . Best thing is to buy one already restored and just drive it  :)

he got them in his yard all need work one way or another but are complete Wont let me near them as he reckons I ruined a good car-told him ok it was aussie experimental(white front indicators red rear indicators) but so what its on the road

Still looks good though and the basic shape still the same  :)
