Mrs Opti has bought me a pressure washer. I've seen it.

She's not good at hiding presents. Bless her little cotton socks. :-* :-* :-*

Starting mine early this year by starting tomorrow, where I normally leave it until Christmas Eve.  :y :y :y

I find I enjoy Christmas much more when there is not weeks of preparation as the day itself then seems to be a bit of an anti-climax.

swmbo is all organised this year, I still need to pick up a couple of stocking fillers for her.. ::) ::)

We went into town, not the centre, today to a large garden centre for lunch, everywhere was quiet, the garden centre cafe area was far less busy that a normal Saturday, called into Tesco to fill up, straight to the pumps, straight in and out of the car park - either most people are done or there is no money left..... :-\ :-\ :-\

ASDA has been heaving all day here, but that's obviously food shopping. They have parking attendants on at Christmas and they've had their work cut out today. Tills were trying to keep up, all 33 of them, but were struggling.

I've not been to the shops in last 10 days, not planning to go for next week either, far to busy for my liking.

Mrs. KW needed a few bits and pieces today, so 6.5 miles cross country on the mountain bike to Sainsburys, turn up covered in mud, collect the shopping, in the ruck sack, quick latte coffee with quite a lot of milk in their cafe then back home, laughing at the queue of Chelsea tractors waiting to park. :D

I poped out today for a couple of items, found it busier than Yesterday but a 'country mile' and Tesco, where I had planned to call into was  absolutely rammed, gave it a miss and called in at the local'ish Co-0p..... :y :y

At work tomorrow, so if any little bits and pieces are needed I can perhaps pick up, if not then we will do without, shops are only closed for 2 days anyway when all said and done..... ::) ::) :y
