Title: new stereo or..

Guys i want to improve the sound from my system.its bog standard cassette and multi cd in facelift. Cant recall model number. Not the Bose anyway! Can someone advise best ugrade for under 150. Not sure what parts i need etc...thanks in advance.

It's probably a CCR2006 so a new HU may help, and if its not BOSE then you should be able to upgrade the speakers too without much hassle.
Ultimately though it will depend on your requirements, and as far as options and cost are concerned, how long is a piece of string?
There are several here who have upgraded in various ways, and DaveDND is our resident guru, so you'll definitely get some honest advice to help you decide  :y

Budget of 150 total. HU or speakers first? Single or double din? And will i need a wiring adapter??

Seeing as you won't pick up a decent HU for £150, and you need to upgrade the speakers anyway, I'd start there.
