Well the great man was buried today in Reading.

On his coffin was a very large floral tribute in the shape of Thunderbird 2, and outside the church a full size replica of Lady Penelope's pink Rolls Royce.

How fitting! :y :y :y

Bet Gerry was looking down and smiling. 8) 8)

STOP PRESS:  I have just found this on the web:

He took us away from childish string puppets of Muffin The Mule, Woodentops, Bill & Ben, and the like to.....................ok, still string puppets, but all very futuristic and 'adult'! ;D ;D ;D ;)

I've told you not to mention muffin the mule. It's a criminal offence nowadays.

looks like a old rover to me but still lots of work from the looks of it.i belive the "real" working replica is now in the usa after being for years in the fantastic lake district with lots of other top tv  cars that is now no longer as the qwner sold up :'( :'( :'(,fantastic cars and it didnt cost a arm and a leg to view
