I'm on a mission to replace those flipping spring hose clips with good honest jubilee clips - what size do I need to connect the top hose to the coolant transfer pipe? Ta in advance :y

Just stick with what GM fitted, they're better suited to plastic stub pipes :y

Transfer pipe end is 44mm and the rad end is 49mm
GM do a jubilee which is 32-50mm Pt/No 91145654
Ok heres the rest of the sizes
12-20mm, 91145650 £0.57
16-27mm, 91145651 £0.51
20-32mm, 91145652 £0.65
25-40mm, 91145653 £0.60
32-50mm, 91145654 £0.80
40-60mm, 91145655 £0.95
50-70mm, 91145656 £1.02
These hose clips are made by Norma not Jubilee but they are the same thing

Horrible sodding things, got the cuts on my hands as well. Always bin them and fit the screw type listed above.
Nice think with these is the screw head is 1/4" so you can you a flexi bit driver on them

A Jubilee has a hex head too 6mm or 7mm ;) ;)
