Is anyone else getting bombarded by emails claiming that there have been "irregularities" with your bank account?
So far I have had emails concerning my accounts with HSBC, The Cooperative Bank, and Lloyds Bank. Of course I have no accounts with those banks, and I know this is all part of the long running scam. But it has just somehow increased recently! :-X

Yupp! had a few over the last couple of weeks and and also three ticket confirmations from American Airlines requiring credit card details and a couple of failed UPS deliveries that need you to phone a presumably a premium rate number, all scams from faceless low life scum >:(

These scam mails have been going for years - if you can't "set/adjust" the filters on your mail server, just delete them.

I know that dbug, but over the last week there has been a rush of them amongst my usual/expected emails ;) ;)
How do you adjust the settings without interfering with other emails? ???

You need access to your isps mail server - usually accessible through your account control panel.
Failing that you can set your email client to delete unwanted emails once they download.
