Having scanned several forums/dvla.....no. How would officialdom know whether you had driven or not?

Seem to remember reading about this before - might have been a foreign law.
I know there are various regulations regarding minimum hours driving other vehicles (HGV, forklifts) for renewal of yearly licences.
Isn't there a max length of time between passing CBT and full motobike licence?
