Title: What's in a name?

Paddy had a sister who was pregnant. Unfortunately she was involved in a car accident and was in a coma in the hospital. After six months she awoke from the coma and realised she was no longer pregnant. She asked the doc what had happened to her baby. He explained that she had in fact given birth to twins, a boy and a girl, and that her brother had come in and named them for her. As she had always thought her brother was an ejit she was worried what he had named them and asked the doc. He said that the girl had been named Denise. She was quite impressed as she liked the name and asked what the boy was called. The doc looked at her and smiled. " Denephew".
