Anyone know of any freeshare software that I can download for floorpan/room size layout.

try google sketch up....  freeebie 3D modelling.

Or go down the old fashioned route and use squared/graph paper and scale it.  :-?

Tried that, but used Excel, made the coloums and rows smaller to make it look like graph paper then created boxes and lines on it.

Did OK but thats why I want to try something better now.
