Title: Finally got one!
Post by: andrew-v8 on 28 January 2013, 03:42:27: After owning 70+ cars i have finally got myself an omega. Started life like this,

But now looks like this after buying an elite as was cheaper then buying all the bits i needed separately then sold the elite on.

She's been behaving and so far have giving it a full service and new set of glow plugs but gives a nice drive.
Will look into chipping it in the near future as a bit of a plodder but does the job!

Sorry about the pic sizes but have spent the last 2hrs trying to upload them >:(

I was going to take the spoiler of the donor car but the the boot lid was pretty scratched up and i couldn't of really sold the car on without the spoiler as would of damaged it taking it off. Still all the bits ended costing me about £40 in the end and the wheels only just had £180 worth of tyres fitted before i brought it :D

Thats right. I wanted a diesel and are pretty rare in elite.

Ihave only just purchased mine too with FSH and only 45,000 on the clock the leather really does look good inside these Omega's hope car goes well for you :y :y
