Title: Samsung Ace,help please.

Hi all,recently treated myself to a samsung ace phone,all worked ok up to today.Now incomeing call can't be answered,it rings but can't be answered,so it go's into voice mail.
It seems to be a common fault on this model,anyone know how to fixthe fault,before I smash it with a hammer.

have you tried Reset/Restore Maybe  :-\

Just phoned carphone warehouse,seems to be the chip,take it back tomorrow.
