Any advice on how to cure this?

As Rob says above, the scuttle join point or the base of the wiper arms is letting water through.

This drips onto cam cover and into pot4, feel under the foam to see where its wet.

But a dab of clear sealant around wiper arms should fix it, but also check join point  :y

My scuttle was leaking like a waterfall, as Tunnie said sillicone the joint, I also sealed the joint from  underneath with a couple of strips of Denso tape and it leaks no more :)
