Title: USB memory stick - confused ....
Post by: I_want_an_Omega on 11 February 2013, 19:42:09
Ok, I have a USB memory stick - which only gets recognised by one of the 2 USB ports on my netbook. Others seem ok in both, as do a mouse, scanner, printer etc ..........

Any ideas?

Thanks

not sure but sounds like usb stick is new model and its protocol requires a faster port and only one port meets its requirement.. :-\

I have a Samsung netbook about 2 or 3 years old. USB ports are always doing funny things, and always have. I just got used to it.
