Ahem,,not strictly for the Omega but I am looking to borrow/buy a kit to remove/change internal wheel bearings. Does anyone have any reccomedations for a decent kit as there seem to be numerous options and I haven't used them before.
Any tips welcome!

Depends what type of bearings but nothing special required as a general rule really

Indeed, hammer, cold chisel, sometimes an angle grinder, very rarely a puller

If you have a mig welder handy, run a bead on the bearing case and it will probably shatter and fall apart :-X ;)

Mr Sassenachs home made rear bearing extraction tools, and his method of use, are wonders to behold .... but they get the job done PDQ ... for which I will be eternally grateful .. :y :y
Whether I'd have the guts to do it his way ... that's another story !!! :-X :-X :-X :-X
