Thing is; he's probably right, as it's people are one of the Philippines biggest exports!  ;)  and I bet that the Filipina lady he said that to wasn't offended in the slightest.   :)

On a similar note.Boris described Nick Clegg today as "a wobbling jelly of indecision". Sums him up perfectly. ;D
