Due to working 3 miles from home and high cost postcode my beloved Z147 Elite saloon just doesn't make economic sense. After nearly 5 years happy cruising it is time to part ways. MOT until Oct 13 and currently Sorned.
The car:
It was gas converted at 20k and is now on 156k and runs and drives lovely with an 80 litre cylinder tank
Tons of service history and oil changed every 4 k using GM oil and filters, plugs too last time.
Recent work:
New drivers side exhaust manifold gasket,studs,nuts,downpipe gasket,all GM( A job I never want to repeat)
New cat back exhaust fitted including GM double skinned backbox
Wishbones replaced and WIM set up within last 10k
Autobox fluid replaced
New HBV
Brake fluid replaced
New GM coolant +rad drain screw and washer
Body work:
Very clean with all 4 doors being replaced with newer ones to ward off rust, facelift door strips, rear bumper and door mirrors fitted to update it with front bumper and washer jets colour coded.
Drivers rear arch showing the start of corrosion but is easy sorted in an hour, the odd blemish elsewhere.
Interior:
All the usual goodies,sat nav, elec blind, phone, black leather ,cruise etc
Running gear:
All good!
Bit's to note:
It is likely due a cambelt as the last one was 35k ago but around 4 years, DVD will be included if you want to DIY. I doubt Joe Public would pick up on this but this is OOF and I wouldn't dream of fudging things.
Driver heated seat has never worked.
Autochanger likes it's cartridge so doesn't let it out sometimes.
As I won't need them also I will include the following parts:
2 x used but good self levelling shockers ( currently on normal ones)
1x GM front brake pad set
1x spare headlight washer jet
1x rear multi ram switch
1x 5 litres unopened GM 10/40 semi synth oil
1x 5 litres of unopened Halfords ATF
1x Haynes book of lies
1x spare vacc tank
1x original Elite Irmscher grill
1x set of unused snow chains
I would like to get £800 with the bit's or it will be heading to ebay classified with offers.
