As an ex Aylesburian, and have been in Aylesbury Prison on several occassions, I was interested in the programme about Aylesbury Prison.

Not my blood pressure is raised. Shoot them. Every last one. Absolutely break all you can do with these little shits. Just like I remember.

The trouble is that these toe rags are released back into the community causing a danger to normal law abiding people. If they want to top themselves please let 'em QED :y

I bet you can't remember the Dark Lantern & Green Man pubs though! Or even the Bulls Head (http://www.flickr.com/photos/dlanorsmada/3390993508/in/set-72157615759454409) in the Square! ::) ::) ::)

I have more than once frequented The Dark Lantern (now just The Lantern IIRC).  I could have sworn the Bulls Head was the Kings Head - done up and renovated 15-20yrs ago.  Green Man, can't picture that.

I used to enjoy a trip road the pubs in Market and Kingsbury Squares, but then fights and trouble became more and more common  >:(

Strangely enough, there was a guy called Big Winston, who used to do his dealing from one end of the bar in the Dark Lantern - not just powder and "Tomato Plant Extract", but anything, as long as you could tell him what house it was in.  Then all of a sudden he wasn't there, and a few weeks later his picture was in the paper....

...and no, he looked nothing like Timbuk.
