To remove all that foam stuff from the underside of the scuttle panel,you know the bit where the wiper blades are also the bit that drips water all over the back end of the engine.

I know mine is soaked, never really got the point of it, As said it drips over the back of the engine and if you didn't have an exhaust manifold cover that would crack (I know as it happened on my last omega) . But if removed wont all the water flow down anyway but quicker  ???
