U.K. stores of natural gas, pushed to record lows by a dearth of tanker imports, will be exhausted in about two weeks unless temperatures rise, reducing demand for the heating fuel.

Forecast for the week ahead
A mild few days coming up, but then increasing cold through the weekend, with a real bite of winter by Sunday and Monday. The threat of some snow in the east could even lead to some accumulations in places. Hopefully the cold weather eases after Tuesday and temperatures start to lift a little, although it stays cold again.

Don't panic, don't worry it is all under control, the depletion of our armed forces is well under way and the gay marriage bill has been passed. :o :o :o :o :o
Energy, don't worry it is a LimpDems department and as long as the minister or his wife doesn't have to take any points for this all is fine. ::) ::) ::) ::) There are plenty of windmills we have subsidized to take up the slack. :o :o :o :o :o
