On this subject, when we change the over, are we gonna have problems with the nuts to the heads???

not as far as i'm aware just need to cut 5mm off down pipe there is a link showing how to do it

Only need to cut the down pipes down by a bit as already stated. Need to use 3.2 manifold gaskets aswell as the 3.0 have holes in them that you wont need. Also will need 2 3.0 downpipe to manifold gaskets on each downpipe for it to seal properly. Did mine last year when I changef head gaskets and all is still ok. No probs with the bolys in the heads not lining up with holes on msnifold. Good luck with it. :y

Needs to be ground down so 2 gaskets just sit over the top. Dont need a lot left on it. Hth
