Had to phone up for new windscreen today. It went something like this
"Hello I need to book my car in for a windscreen"

" I'm sorry I can't understand you"

"That's what I thought you said but I don't understand it"

"Nope didn't get that"

Yep. I phoned insurance and told them and they arranged for me to use another company. All sorted for next Wednesday.
