Title: Chomping phone call.

Had to phone up for new windscreen today. It went something like this
"Hello I need to book my car in for a windscreen"
"chompmunchchompgurglegurgleburp"
" I'm sorry I can't understand you"
"I said chompmunchchompgurglegurgleburp"
"That's what I thought you said but I don't understand it"
"chompmunchchompgurglegurgleburp??? gompgompburppark scrunch munchmunchymunch"
"Nope didn't get that"
"chompmunchchompgurglegurgleburp"
"I'm sorry I can't understand you. Can you hear me ok?"
"chompmunchchompgurglegurgleburp yes gurglegurglepop"
"Can I speak to someone else?"
"There is chompmunchchompgurglegurgleburp nothing gurglegurglepop wrong with gompgompburppark"
" Nope I didn't get that, can I speak to someone else?"
"Listen I'm glugluglugsniffslurpcoughsniff wrong rustlecrunchcrunch with my chompmunchchompgurglegurgleburp voice"
"Look I'm not trying to be rude I just can't understand you"

..............and importantly complain to their Head Office by phone call and a letter to their Managing Director / Chief Executive. ;)

Often with insurance paying you do not get a choice.

Just use a different company.

Yep. I phoned insurance and told them and they arranged for me to use another company. All sorted for next Wednesday.
