Title: An odd one

Saw a facelift Omega here in town yesterday afternoon[ok nothing odd in that]but it was on an R reg plate,didn't seem to me to be a private plate but of course it could be.

Or it could be a real R Reg, which someone has added some facelift bits too...


Not hard to add the bits needed
