Hi,
Are these shocks (E2012 about half way down) the right ones for a 2002 2.6 Omega estate?

If it is an Elite it will probably have self levelling shocks on it so it will be the next ones down LA361 :-\ you need to take a look at yours if you have little pipes coming from them (towards the top) they will be self levelling and probably cheaper genuine from somebody here with a TC :y :y

Assuming your car is stock and the self levelling suspension works?
No, pm Andyc in recommended suppliers for self levelling rear shocks.
If your self levelling has been disconnected, and it has non self levelling springs?
Still no, they are too expensive. Pm Andyc for standard shocks.

If self levelling is still fitted then I believe they are only available from GM :-\
