Apart from that looks like the Ruskies have pumped a lot of money into Chechnya, looks quite nice!  :)

Apparently they did not have anything capable of reaching fires above 30 stories  :(  :-\

Something suspicious going on there !!  ???    Isn't a skyscraper meant to completely collapses...at free fall speed shortly after catching fire ? ::)
