Good luck mate  :y
Just follow the guide and take your time, keeping control of all the bits you remove.

Follow the guide as advised and you should be fine. :y

O/Side is the easier of the 2 so do that one first to get an idea of what is involved and how it seats etc :y.N/Side is best done with the cable tray fully removed and my advise would be do a few "dry runs" first with the camcover just so you get an idea of what angle/etc you need to fit cover back.If you do it with the gasket a black goo before trying your approach it will get messy and you will need to clean things up and start again. :(

Plenty of kitchen roll to hand to dry things and mop up old oil..also to block off inlets as dont want stray bolts dropping onto valves. :-[

Small smear of grease on each "0" ring will hold them tight into the covers. :y

Possibly a small syringe and thin tube is helpfull  to suck any oil from plug wells and whilst you are i there its worth while replacing the plugs as access is much better.

Good luck...sure you will be fine  ;) :y

Clean the breathers at same time - critical.

Use a torque wrench on the cam covers - essential. Its doesn't matter how much of a hero you or your mate think you are, you need atorque wrench on this.
