If so, you could do a lot worse than getting along to This Evening of Comedy and Music! (http://www.eventbrite.co.uk/event/6101753509/efblike#)
It's for a very good cause... All the acts are giving their time and talent FOC so that every penny (except the booking fee) goes to the charity - information available at www.thinkingshrinking.co.uk
Emma and I got involved in organising this event along with another friend and it's looking to be a fantastic night of entertainment! If you're wanting to get along then follow the first link above and buy your tickets before they sell out! I think that an evening with at least 8 acts on the bill is a bargain at £15 :y Hopefully see some of you Londoners there!
Of course, if you can't come but would like to donate then all the details are available on the website in the second link :y
This follows the news story I posted a few weeks ago about an acquaintances 16 year old lad who needs specialist treatment. Well, as of yesterday the NHS have (thankfully!) agreed to help him but, as of yet, we don't know to what extent! The family will still need financial support and any money not needed for Sam's trip is going to be the start up money of the new charity that is currently being formed to help other people in this sad situation.

Just a note of thanks to Lazydocker for a great evening's entertainment. :y
So many talented artists, and all giving their time free of charge for a good cause. A terrific achievement in the time you had. :y
So good we came perilously close to missing our last train home. ;D
I think Guffer and I need to donate some proper beer next time. My head doesn't like Magners. ::)
It was great to see yourself and Mrs. Cakey, and, of course, Mr. and Mrs. JonnyCBoy.
Did you remember that duct tape for the minibus ride home? Whoooooooooo! :-X

Thanks for coming and it was good to see you both :y
Duct tape not needed for the return journey, just lots of stops :-X
Raised over £1800 :y
