Check this out! Two guys from work have entered this into some kind of rally treasure hunt thing and all the cars have to be based on a film, I bet you can't guess this one!
IMO, the boys chose well not only on the car or the film even but the colours are awesome!
They sprayed it in a barn and done a fairly good job!!!
Anyway, here she is....

I know it's a love hate car and not everybody's cup of tea but I think it looks great!
The car will be for sale at some point and if I had space!!!

Top work. A lot of effort
-
It does look amazing up close and sounds perfect with my old noisy S/S exhaust on it! All it needs is a few tyre marks and traded paint! Rubbin's racin' boy!

I like it a lot, goes to show with a bit of imagination and attention to detail you can put something together that takes the car to a different level..changes the Omega image completely :y BUT.. I think the purists will be shaking their heads and tutting and wanting to send these guys to the Tower... although I could be wrong :y

For sure but also in the group is an MG done up in camouflage and you know what those guys are like! Lol...

It really would look good sitting on an Omega stand at a show or at home at Rockingham... All it needs is a V8! and good brakes... And tuned suspension... :-)
-
Given the money/facilities/money/time/money/money/ money :o it would be a great project as it's pretty well known that the 350 Chevy could work..but it would have to have an 8/71 blower or twin turbos to liven it up a bit, I will be accepting plain brown envelopes with donations shortly for the project to be sent my offshore account in the BVI's ::) ;)

I would LOVE to put an LS1/2 into mine!!!
I used to work at a place working on Monaros, Corvettes plus a load of the Aus stuff, fitted a fair chargers and sure it would be a big job but way worth it!
Not sure it would need a charger but hey!
-
O.K just the odd shot from the blue bottle will suffice then :o ;)
-
I hear that!
-
looks nice ,but not my cup o tea,but every one to there own.
-

-
Wow,that looks sweet :D
-
The car will be up for sale very soon so keep an eye out!!!

The suspension is easy enough to fix. Powerflex polyurethane bushings up front, SuperPro at the rear, Intrax or like lowering springs, Koni or Bilstein struts and shocks, and the wheels and tires of your choice. The brakes? Monaro calipers and brake hoses will fit without modifications. We use '94 Pontiac GTO components which are the same as the Monaro's. Not the rotors though. Won't fit.
