Title: Torque wrench settings conversion ?
Post by: omegod on 19 April 2013, 20:08:41
Just about to torque down the cam covers on my 2.6 and a local old school mechanic has lent me his classic britool low range torque wrench but the figures are confusing me, the ranges are :

20-100 lbs inches
2-8 lb feet
300-1200 gram metres

Any ideas which will equal 8 NM for my cam covers? I suspect Andy B will be the man to work this out ;)
