I mean - all I want is just a replacement vauxhall badge for the front grille of my elite;

I tried Vauxhall (that'll be £180 for a complete new irmscher grille)

I tried my local scrapyard (£10 for a whole grille + the badge was manky)

I looked on ebay (again whole grilles + an exhorbitant postage charge)

Plenty of sellers offer metal badges the right size, but the blank place on my grille where it sticks on is domed, so any 'flat' badge won't fit properly...

The way I see it is that I have only one hope - to keep searching through more scrapyards until I find a badge in nice condition...

unless....

anyone here has a spare badge that they don't need?

If anyone can help I would appreciate it as without a badge the front looks kinda 'wrong'. Cheers

hold out til July/August, then scour Ebay for vauxhall's new Griffin badge that will debut on the Vauxhall Insignia in July :y

Sorry for putting it in the wrong section, but I put it in General Help as I was asking for help in locating a badge, and I don't have 250 posts so can't use the 'wanted' forum..

I had found a nice Holden badge the correct size on ebay, but all metal badges won't be domed enough to glue onto the grille properly unfortunately.

Again, if anyone has a spare one I'd make it worth their while!
