Title: Desmond diesel with MV6 wheels in Boro - one of ours?

Saw a 2.2Dti with the six-spoke MV6/ Elite alloys, which seems like quite an OOF mod to make - around Borough Rd in Middlesbrough. Is it one of ours?

I've got a 2.2 DTi with Elite alloys but it's over the otherside of the country, or is it :-\
