Company's shouldn't do that. It's people's right to know if they at incompetent, I had that before and refused to change from neg to pos feedback they don't like it

Sounds like blatant bribery to me. How can we get a true picture of these companies etc. if this practice happens
at times?  Rant over. :-[

Had the same thing last year. £50 item, seller offered me a full refund if I changed my feedback. I refused.

Is this just an Ebay thing or are companies in general like that?

I took our fridge in to a local Spanish town electrical shop a week ago.

"Yes leave it with us, probably just needs a regas. I'll have a look and then give you a ring and let you know how much it will be. "

Rang today and he said. We have been busy and family problems. Haven't looked at it. Should look at it next week. Give us a ring or pop in next week to find out more.  God give me strength. No use going elsewhere, they are all the same. Manana.... ;D
