Kids roaming around, unrestrained in the back of cars, often big, expensive cars, or sat on Mum's knee in the front are a common sight. Being racist is the last thing I'd want to be accused of but it's very often Asian families.

did you see road wars?? i think they pulled 8 members of the same family  out of a car the once 3 adults and 5 kids....i used to see it everyday whilst driving kids without seatbelts on parents laps bouncing around unrestrained in the car or van....and when the inevatable happens it wont be their fault  it will be yours....sad but true... :'( :'(
