Title: Just a Thought - Insurance Small print

Scanned a copy of an insurance certificate and realised there is a lapse in cover   :-[

from 12.01 am 1/1/2000 (example)
to     11.59 pm 31/12/2000 (example)

What happens if you get caught spot on midnight by plod nipping out to first foot family  :'(

Seem to remember that 00.00  does not exist for legal reasons or some type of military thing ???

Yea Ive heard similar, Insurance can say to or from midnight or something like 23:59:59 and 00:00:01
