Green fuse next to relay in box by battery, if OK, stick 12V to pump

If pump is knackered, remove jets prior to MOT then tester cannot issue a failure :D

Right, pump is off, and works with independent 12v applied, but did not work from stalk switch. I can only see  a fuse 26 10A for it, but as the number plate lamp works on the same fuse, what next? I can only assume it is the wiring. Does the bumper have to come off for jet removal? Also I've just seen a comment that if car has factory fitted HID's it must have working washer jets. ??? ??? ???

Might be a solution to solder a link from the main washer pump feed. :-\

Did you make sure the lights were ON when you tried, hope I don't sound condescending but it's the little things we forget sometimes.

It only works with the headlights switched on ::)

Apologies for shouting, but you might pull all your hair out for nothing ;D

I wondered when you'd spot that Pike!!! :-[ :-[ :-[

Thanks very much Curt, its amazing what I'm still learning about this car, and I've had it 2 years.
Only working with the lights on makes sense, as Page 16 of my manual states, which of course I've never read.

Thanks again Curt, at least I can take it in for the MOT now. :y :y :y
