Never owned a volvo but dad owned a Saab 99 , built like tanks . Imagine volvo's are of similar build quality  :-\

who is wilf dont know him . i have used patten parts for nearly 40 years and never had any problems with them . it depends were you get them  :y :y and how you fit them

It depends where you get them...?  So nothing to do with how they're made then? Ie cheaply by cutting corners. A complete waste of resources that go almost directly in the bin just to con tight wads out of their hard earned benefits. Your quick to cry foul financially yet dive into the biggest false economy there is. Madness.  ;D  ;D

Come on Alf, stop recommending pattern parts to others,  which is even worse. ::)

loved my old Volvo v40 faster than the mig better on the bends as well .not as many toys though lot cheaper to tax think I might get me another one .Hope she likes it good cars

its the s40 she got .she loves it, its like a brick on corners . engine is very quiet :y :y i forgot to say she only paid £650 for it taxed till end of july ,mot till march 2014
