Just to say Hi to all of you.
Have just added an Omega 2.6CDX to our car fleet as practical transport, it replaces an Audi A4 2.8 Quattro which became an unfortunate casualty of tip gearbox failure. (£2000 +vat quote for replacement)
Omega so far is turning out to be a better car than we were expecting, bought as a large comfy cruiser as majority of other cars are sporting in nature with firm suspension. Omega is a one previous owner car with 122000 miles on the clock.
As time into ownership increases I expect technical questions will need to be asked.
At this time can anyone tell me if there is a service centre/garage local to Nottingham, Derby or Loughborough with a Tech 2 & is there a recommended garage in the area if I need to use one rather than DIY as health issues restrict the work I can now undertake.
Thanks in anticipation of replies

Thanks guys for the welcome, specially to dbug & TheBoy for directing me to tech2 locally in Nottingham. Will attempt to contact Marks DTM Calib in the near future.
The Omega was purchased as transport for my wife who requires an auto gearbox for everyday use & easy access as she has a spinal injury. So far only the decision on the Omega appears to be a good one as not only she but also her friends have commented on the cars comfort & lack of noise. Fuel consumption not an issue as it will have a relative easy life in our ownership. I also last weekend appreciated its load carrying capacity as it swallowed up my racing radio controlled yacht hull, fin, 5 rigs plus tools & spares with room to spare. Might just have to check out an estate version in the future.
Look forward to getting to know some of you.
Regards Porscheman
